Cauliflower is one of the most used vegetables and its stems and leaves are discarded.
Most vegetables, including cauliflower, must be shipped within two or three days at most, otherwise the quality of the produce will be reduced by a few hours. Therefore, the exported cauliflower should be lowered in the refrigerator after harvesting and packing, and then loaded and shipped.
Shipment of cauliflower should also be done with its proper packaging, as heavy packing puts pressure on the cauliflower and suffocates them and, therefore, fails to comply with the requirements for exported cauliflower packaging, the product quickly begins to deteriorate. Avidan is also one of the largest exporters of agricultural products, which observes the above in its harvesting and packaging of food products.
