Export pistachios have different items, each selected for export to a specific country. Types of exported pistachio include Akbari, Badami, Kalle Ghuchi, Ahmad Aghaei, Fandaghi (Oohadi).
Fresh pistachios quickly deteriorate as a result of hot air or inappropriate transportation.
Therefore, most of Iran’s pistachio bulk will be exported dry.
